Thank you for shopping with Glamour Pose! Below is our shipping policy for orders placed within the United States and Canada.


🛒 Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events.


🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

Expedited (FedEx/UPS) 2–3 business days Calculated at checkout

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS only. Delivery times may be extended.


🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

Expedited International 5–7 business days Calculated at checkout
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glamour Pose is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.


🚚 Shipment Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at glam.pose@yahoo.com with your order number.


🔁 Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Glamour Pose is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Reshipping fees may apply.


❗ Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at glam.pose@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Lost packages must be reported within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.
